Job Summary
This leadership role focuses on converting leads into appointments, completed demonstrations, sales, and revenue rather than measuring success by lead volume alone.
Responsibilities include managing digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, email, SMS, and social media; analyzing the complete lead-to-sale funnel; forecasting performance; and improving lead attribution and reporting. The director will oversee CRM processes, preferably using GoHighLevel, optimize automations and lead routing, manage agencies and vendors, and work with the Call Center Supervisor to improve response times, appointment rates, show rates, and sales conversion. The role also includes website content oversight, customer lifecycle marketing, and building the foundation for a growing marketing team.
Candidates should have at least three years of marketing leadership experience and direct experience leading marketing for an appointment-driven business supported by a call center or sales team. Strong knowledge of lead-generation strategy, funnel analytics, Meta advertising, Google Ads, SEO, CRM automation, and revenue reporting is essential. Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or related consumer-service industries is strongly preferred.
The role is fully remote, with a salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year, health insurance, and paid time off. The required schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with occasional additional availability as needed.
