Job Summary
Squire & Company, a professional services firm specializing in tax, audit, wealth, and advisory services, is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing Operations to strengthen its digital presence, generate qualified business opportunities, and improve marketing technology and operational performance. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the director will connect marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes across the firm.
The role involves setting digital marketing roadmaps, improving website performance and SEO, optimizing conversion paths, and developing lead-generation and nurturing programs. Responsibilities also include integrating CRM and marketing automation platforms, building scalable workflows, applying AI tools to marketing operations with appropriate human review, creating analytics dashboards, managing budgets and external vendors, and reporting on campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least seven years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology. Experience with website management, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, CRM integration, automation, AI tools, and vendor management is required. Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Power BI, or Looker Studio is beneficial. Professional services or B2B experience is preferred.
This is a full-time salaried position. Candidates near Squire’s Utah, Arizona, or Nevada offices are preferred, although remote applicants in the Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones may be considered. Compensation is not specified.
