Omni Channel Solutions is seeking an analytical SEO Specialist to lead organic search strategy and expand into Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and GEO-related search optimization. The role combines technical SEO, content strategy, performance reporting, and collaboration with marketing and development teams to improve online visibility and qualified traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage/Developer SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
Conduct technical audits, competitor research, keyword clustering, and search-intent analysis.
Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and other performance indicators.
Optimize metadata, internal links, structured data, and content structure.
Improve crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
Implement JSON-LD structured data and manage sitemaps, canonical tags, and hreflang.
Collaborate with developers on technical SEO issues and JavaScript-rendered websites.
Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
Mentor junior specialists and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
Key Requirements:
Expert knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
At least one year of leadership or client-facing experience.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals tools.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving search technologies.
A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
