We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the CSP platform by designing and developing enterprise healthcare payer applications focused on large-scale batch processing, backend services, and Oracle-based enterprise systems. The role supports critical health insurance operations including claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, provider services, and benefits administration. Candidates should have 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years supporting Healthcare Payer, Managed Care, or Health Insurance organizations, along with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Batch, Oracle Database, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a strong understanding of healthcare business processes, Agile development experience, and solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with claims adjudication, benefits administration, member eligibility, provider operations, utilization management, prior authorization, HIPAA compliance, HL7/FHIR, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and AI/LLM exposure.
