RIVA Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead / Lead Web Developer for a full-time hybrid or remote opportunity supporting federal web modernization and digital transformation programs. The role focuses on leading technical execution, guiding development teams, and delivering secure, responsive, accessible, and maintainable digital platforms.
The selected candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions, oversee Drupal/WCMS development, build custom modules and integrations, support migrations, coordinate deployments, and resolve complex issues involving APIs, search, accessibility, and web applications. Collaboration with UX, content, QA, infrastructure teams, government stakeholders, and external technology partners will be an important part of the position.
Applicants should have strong experience with Drupal or similar CMS platforms, PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, responsive design, Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Section 508/WCAG standards. Familiarity with Drupal 8/9/10, Drush, Composer, Docker, Acquia, AWS, search technologies, analytics, AI/chatbot integrations, or federal compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP is advantageous.
The position offers an advertised salary of approximately $125,000, along with benefits including healthcare coverage, paid leave, 401(k) matching, insurance options, flexible work support, and wellness programs.
