Laksan Technologies is seeking an experienced Drupal Web Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of a large collection of citizen-facing websites serving critical public services in Iowa. The role will work closely with digital experience teams, Qualtrics specialists, business stakeholders, and leadership to improve online services and achieve strategic digital goals.
Responsibilities include Drupal development and maintenance through Acquia, platform upgrades, content migration and archiving, custom theme development, user permissions, security updates, third-party integrations, and comprehensive cross-browser and device testing. The position also involves supporting the Qualtrics Customer Experience platform, including surveys, dashboards, ticketing systems, reporting, and customer feedback initiatives.
The developer will contribute to accessibility remediation, readability improvements, search enhancements, customer experience analytics, chatbot initiatives, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to train content editors and work effectively with stakeholders.
