Job Summary
Integra Partners is seeking a .NET Software Developer to help design, develop, and evolve its healthcare technology platform. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, architecture decisions, team mentorship, and delivery oversight across multiple software initiatives.
The developer will design applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core. Responsibilities include building containerized services with Azure and Kubernetes, supporting microservices and event-driven architecture, maintaining secure and resilient systems, and ensuring projects are delivered according to sprint commitments.
The role also includes production support, troubleshooting, hotfix development, database and SQL optimization, performance analysis, code reviews, and mentoring other engineers. The developer will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in sprint planning and execution.
The position offers an annual salary of $120,000 plus benefits including an annual bonus program, 401(k) matching, medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, PTO, parental and sick leave, paid holidays, wellness programs, company events, and career development opportunities.
