DD.NYC® is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused Project Manager to coordinate creative projects across branding, website design, packaging, and video production. This remote role will serve as the central connection between clients, designers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, communication, and deliverables while translating client requirements into clear action plans. Candidates should have experience in a creative, digital, advertising, or agency environment, along with strong client-facing and organizational skills. Knowledge of websites, WordPress, and Figma is beneficial, while Russian-speaking ability is required.
This position is offered as a full-time or contract opportunity, with an annual compensation range of $20,000–$40,000, paid time off, and a referral program. Previous experience in a creative agency or studio is preferred.
