Responsibilities include developing experimentation programs, measuring SEO and AI-search impact across site cohorts, managing migration quality, preventing regressions, partnering with engineering and website-platform teams, improving client-facing reporting, and defining how brands, listings, and real estate expertise are represented in AI-generated answers and citations.

Candidates need 8+ years of SEO and product management experience, including 3+ years partnering with engineering teams. Strong technical SEO, site performance, analytics, migrations, experimentation, and AI search knowledge is required. Experience with major website platforms is preferred. Additional valuable experience includes programmatic SEO, local and entity-based search, conversion optimization, PropTech, real estate technology, B2B2C products, and client-facing reporting tools.
