Job Summary
Dream Three is hiring a Freelance Website Developer to build, maintain, and improve responsive websites for its creative brands and storytelling projects. The role focuses on turning approved designs and creative direction into polished, maintainable websites while managing implementation, testing, launch, and handoff.
The developer will create responsive pages, reusable components, CMS structures, and scoped website interactions. Responsibilities also include testing functionality, accessibility and performance requirements, troubleshooting defects, maintaining assigned sites, coordinating launches or migrations, and documenting content management, integrations, and handoff processes.
Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant website development experience or equivalent demonstrated work, with strong hands-on skills in Webflow or Wix Studio, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with CMS architecture, responsive design, testing, and working closely with designers is important. Experience with e-commerce, memberships, third-party integrations, technical SEO, redirects, analytics, or accessible interfaces is a plus.
This is a nonexclusive freelance contract based in New York City or Los Angeles, with remote work within those locations or an agreed hybrid arrangement. The engagement starts with one brand and defined deliverables, milestones, and collaboration requirements. Compensation is US$60–$90 per hour for discovery, scoping, and authorized hourly support, while defined builds may be arranged as fixed-fee projects.
