Job Summary

EBQ is seeking a Web Developer to support its clients by building, optimizing, and maintaining websites and email experiences across multiple brands. The role combines front-end development with SEO, digital marketing support, responsive design, troubleshooting, and website maintenance.

The Web Developer will create website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, work with designers to turn concepts into functional web elements, and ensure responsive performance across desktop, mobile, tablets, and different browsers. Responsibilities also include optimizing landing pages, developing responsive email templates, supporting SEO initiatives, reviewing web analytics, maintaining documentation, and troubleshooting website functionality and security issues.

Candidates should be motivated, disciplined, reliable, process-oriented, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, browser testing, troubleshooting, and web development fundamentals is required, along with a willingness to continuously learn.

Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, Webflow, PHP, SQL/MySQL, email marketing platforms, WooCommerce, Shopify, GitHub, Cloudflare, hosting providers, Adobe tools, and website performance, accessibility, and security optimization is desirable but not required.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, supporting integrated marketing initiatives, meeting monthly performance targets, and representing EBQ professionally when working with clients.
