One Rawr is hiring a hands-on Marketing Execution Specialist for a full-time remote 1099 role supporting multiple client accounts across industries. Working closely with the Fractional CMO and marketing team, this role focuses on converting marketing strategies into well-executed campaigns, organized workflows, and measurable business results.
The primary responsibility is managing HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, including workflows, automations, sequences, integrations, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, contact segmentation, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing. The role also includes coordinating multi-channel campaigns, maintaining project timelines in Monday.com, supporting client calls, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Additional duties involve creating social media calendars, writing and scheduling content, designing graphics in Canva, coordinating video editors, managing social engagement, updating WordPress websites, maintaining plugins and page content, and monitoring campaign performance. Candidates will use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Applicants must have 5+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience, preferably in an agency environment, along with expert-level HubSpot knowledge. Day-one proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, Figma, and Claude is required. Experience with Monday.com, AI-powered workflows, prompt creation, automations, Claude AI agents, and Claude Design is also essential.
This is an execution-focused position rather than a strategy or people-management role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple clients, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
The position is remote within the United States, pays $70,000–$90,000 annually, and includes paid time off.
