The company is looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Generalist to manage daily execution of marketing activities across email, content, social media, websites, and events. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, this role will help maintain campaign operations, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and consistently.
Responsibilities include building and deploying segmented email campaigns in HubSpot, managing contact lists, maintaining data quality across HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting platform integrations, and preparing email copy and subject lines. The position also owns social media and blog calendars, creates marketing content, supports sales collateral, and monitors campaign performance.
The role includes building and updating landing pages in WordPress, coordinating with designers and web developers, tracking campaign performance through HubSpot reporting and Google Analytics 4, maintaining UTM standards, and reporting insights related to traffic, engagement, and conversions. Event responsibilities include vendor communication, shipping, booth materials, giveaways, checklists, and on-site support.
Candidates should have 5+ years of marketing or marketing coordination experience, strong written communication skills, hands-on HubSpot experience, WordPress knowledge, familiarity with GA4, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to independently learn new platforms. Experience with Salesforce, Elementor, Canva, video editing tools, AI content platforms, and event logistics is beneficial.
The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, comfortable with changing priorities, proactive with follow-ups, and confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI to improve research, planning, and content workflows. Candidates in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred, and the role may require up to 20% travel within North America.
