What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop marketing activities that support appointment growth, patient demand, and clinic performance.
- Work with clinic leaders to match promotional efforts with current capacity and business priorities.
- Create clear, informative, and patient-friendly materials for online and offline use.
- Assist with Google and Meta advertising campaigns alongside the organization’s advertising partner.
- Research new ways for prospective patients to discover services, including emerging digital and AI-powered channels.
- Improve visibility across search engines, maps, directories, and local listings.
- Keep website pages, service information, images, and related content current.
- Help improve the path from online search to appointment scheduling.
- Support SEO and local-search initiatives.
- Monitor online reviews and patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Analyze website activity, calls, conversions, and campaign results.
- Produce performance reports and use findings to improve future marketing decisions.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related discipline.
- Around 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably involving healthcare or patient-focused services.
- Strong writing, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing digital channels and online reputation.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid social advertising, analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills when working with operations teams, agencies, and leadership.
- A proactive, independent approach to work.
- Willingness to travel to clinic locations when required.
