Job Summary
ICF is seeking a Software Developer to support mission-critical federal systems and enterprise applications. This fully remote U.S.-based role involves working across the software development lifecycle, from analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and performance improvement.
The developer will work with business analysts, architects, database administrators, and other technical teams to build and enhance applications supporting areas such as acquisition and contract management, finance, workforce and personnel, and property management.
The position requires strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Transact-SQL, RESTful APIs, Git, Azure DevOps, Agile development, application architecture, automated testing, and performance optimization.
Front-end experience with React and Vue.js is also valuable. Additional technologies mentioned include React Native, Expo, Windows Forms, C++, Objective-C, and HP Fortify, depending on customer requirements.
The position is fully remote within the United States, with core working hours of 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time and limited travel potentially required. Candidates must reside and work in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability.
The listed full-time pay range is $81,499–$138,549, with final compensation depending on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, education, location, and applicable contract requirements.
